Shipping Rates Overview

Customs and Taxes for Non-EU Deliveries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway)

For deliveries to non-EU countries (such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway), additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be levied by local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid directly to the responsible local authorities upon import.

Notice Regarding Shipping to EU Member States

Due to new regulatory and bureaucratic requirements under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we have discontinued direct shipping to consumers in EU member states outside of Germany until further notice. We thank you for your understanding.

• For all non-EU countries, we ship without German VAT. Prices in the shop are shown including VAT by default but are automatically reduced at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days
